We offer up to a two(2) year warranty on installation and workmanship. The majority of our floors also, include with a factory-direct warranty. These guarantees cover manufacturer defects and can last from 10 to 20 years depending upon manufacturer.

What to expect when FCI of Huntington Beach installs your new floors

1. WE WILL SHOW UP ON TIME

We just need you to let us in.

2. WE TAKE CARE OF THE HEAVY LIFTING

Please take care of the small items, breakables, Knick knacks, and disconnect electronics.

3. WE REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF YOUR OLD FLOORING

Please remember to empty the bottom of the closets and under the beds.

4. WE INSTALL YOUR NEW FLOORS

Remember that this is construction.  Please make arrangements for the safety of your family and pets.

5. WE FINISH WITH TRIM

As agreed during your consultation with our Design Associate

6. WE RESET YOUR FURNITURE

And will ask you to return the small stuff and reconnect the electronics.

7. WE CLEAN UP AFTER OURSELVES

As with any big project, be aware that there may be some lingering dust.
